There are no clear roadmap and guidance on the Career growth and roadmap. We are loosing more talented associates than the poor performers. This is giving opportunities for the other set of team members to stay back here just to sustain the situation. We are operating the same for the past 4 years. Virtual teams/ groups available and opportunists are given only to the known people. Domestic Travel restrictions and we are unable to meet the larger teams in the other location. Majorly driven by resource augmentation projects, processes not well defined in terms of individual growth and appraisal. Average leadership and heavy transactional work even for senior leadership positions. Micro management by leaders and hardly any entrepreneurial environment.

Some of the policies are archaic and needs to be refreshed to global standards.

1. There is lot of encouragement for Learning & Skill Development in the company. 2. People across organization are quite helpful and are ready to guide you.

1. Lot of bureaucracy. Sometimes for a smallest of issues, you have to run around to get it resolved due to complex processes. 2. Salary and benefits need to be improved for sure 3. Our talent should be retained as far as possible. Many employees are leaving the organization which is not a good sign.
