Nothing much I liked about the company because there is no job security as there is a policy of contract .

I would like to take this opportunity to tell about this company to one and all . The management is quite unfair with decision they treat employees like slave . As there is a contract job it's difficult for an employee for career growth . As there was ramped out employees all of sudden the reason they give is not valid enough. Whenever they want however they want they will take the decision . One incident with HR would like to share I was working in notice period , she suddenly called and told your notice period has been preponed , I told whenever you want you are ramped out us and now you are preponed . Im feeling like as if I'm coming for chowtri or function hall , don't mind in concern for me, I told. So the HR her name is Smriti she boldly without any respect she told YES this company works like.Recongintion of work is nil....Read More
