Not even a single positpoint. My Only suggestion to all who planning to join Knoah Solutions is PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME. Choose wisely, it's your career. Mainly girls please don't join here, you won't even get respect for being a women. You might get explanation from the HR for these negative reviews but trust me I faced alit of challenges only because of this organization.

Every male employees including Management are at back of female employees. Even if not intrested they offer bribes if refused then will fire form the office

Senior director Bhavani Vora is too much favourable towards and does not give importance to boys and she doesn’t care if the employee is leaving the organisation as you all can see from past 4 months how many QA’s left from QA COE process and in future many are ready to leave just because of the Bhavani vora and coming to AM Lohit purshotham he is a womaniser he flirts and uses girls cheap character. For a better work environment need to change these people and it’s not for my benefit as I’m not working there anymore and for sure I’ll never rejoin but for the better organisation reputation please change the QA COE management...Read More

There is zero job security. They will remove you whever they want by telling that business requirements. First they will hire on their requirement season much more candidates more than requirement after the month is finished they will remove you without any notice period.

Here HR department is cool, you can work with fake experience, give them some money. I made several complaints but of no use.

Never seen HR department so lazy, they don't take any actions against illegal activities. Maybe they are incompetent for the job.

Everytime every week they ask for OT as a business requirement and they will tell you it's a paid OT but they don't even credit it. Without informing changing the week offs every 2 week they chnge shift timings. If we had any issues and drop an email to higher authority they don't even care and If they need anything from us we need to respond to email immediately. Complete politics they hire for interims and If you get selected they make us to work as slave and don't even give a promotion or recognisable for the work we did.. overall I suggest please don't choose this company. I loved my Job and Was able to resolve Issues.

Dislikes

Lot of Partiality was shown by the Team Leaders in GSD Process. Lack of motivation and encouragement. No training was provided . More tasks are been assigned but leniency is not shown . Leaves are not been given. More work pressure are forced on innocents. Catapult is a tool which they use to show their revenge.

The company is not at all employee friendly with the worst culture. The hr team and higher management participates in all the event organised by them and they are only part of it. Appreciation and recognition does not reach to the frontline. Once you are promoted, they will make you cry to documents in written. No flexibility to work with everything micromanaged.
