Nothing they are cheapters bloody RBL AM sunil was cheapest person and he is a lyar . I was very ill and I also shared medical report pls no one helps me that time OUr team leader was use less Also HR . They Abscone me . I hate this Company 😏😏😏

One thing I really enjoyed about working at Globiva was the great team dynamic. I was fortunate to have made some wonderful friends at work and also our TL and seniors were very cooperative and supportive

People like rajat arora are always there to eat your job in order to save their. no matter how much supportive you be but in the end the sick man would do nothing about it and will always boast in front of the clients that he is doing everything. Even the HR are pathetic.Nishi Ashutosh mohapatra are the some examples as well of people who are good for nothing

There's nothing to like about this company cause it only knows how to waste someone's time and destroy their mental health by constant criticisim.

your job is never safe. You are not safe in the office itself with your colleagues. You cannot present your ideas infront of the management cause then you'll just be insulted the whole floor because only the manager was supposed to speak in the meeting and not you cause you are just a puppet of the manager. Also you cannot put logical solutions infront of the customers because then also you'll loose your job cause we are not humans, we're just chatbots. So, just an advice to GLOBIVA please use SIRI for giving the solutions to the customers instead of hiring someone wasting their time in your stupid company....Read More

Everything is dissatisfaction company management also poor and team leader is just like joke .. suppose you are tenure you worked this 2 years above but company and TL never given you respect and which process you worked you come to office before time but you exit office daily 45 minutes and 1:15 hrs ... totally my experience is this company bed ..

In my 06 years tenure I got the opportunity to know how the Bpo works and some operational strategies to run the process.

It is just not dislike but toxicity i can say, the culture here now is not friendly to work if you are Team Leader or even manager cause the so called AVP’s and DVP’s they are not thinking wisely as per them perceptions are going on, whole company is busy in attendance only from team leader to Director nobody is bother to check what’s going on at ground level. In my 06 years tenure, No gathering, No R&R conducted for TL’s or manger’s or even nobody bother to come and talk with you they only want to know about attendance & attendance & attendance. No salary on time. Hr department will not communicate with you and are disrespectful. Specially Hr named Shatakshi and Prabhleen Kaur are horrible and very disrespectful.They were dismissive, uninterested and showed complete disregard for your time and effort as if they couldn't care less. I would strongly advise jobseekers to proceed with caution when dealing with this organisation as a whole.
