I had high hopes about FSL regarding work culture and as a global organisation but it has been very disappointing about the work culture, no flexibility about the work from home, no growth, no encouragement about new ideas and learning.

Worst place to work… I was being harassed by the boys at FS and the HR did nothing … the HR didn’t raise any action against them… I would never suggest a girl to work here

Nothing I like in the Firstsource Management is not good and not good cafertia. Deducated Breaks 30 mintues for 2 times you should not exceed the breaks and system is not good but you should login timely.

Management is not Good. Before training they will tell you will get very good incentives and when you will perform really time work. the incenticves will be deducated

Salary is way too low and as checked with my colleagues in other departments, internal politics and gossip are at its peak. Management is unsure with promotion and upskilling and gives vague answers if asked questions. Salary hike are next to nothing every year.

At first it was good but it is actually terrible, lot of unqualified and uneducated employees on the management and HR level. Very toxic culture. Highly unprofessional

Pathetic management, They eat your money, your incentives, your credibility, Just a bunch of uneducated pricks. Ground level employees are nice but HR and management department is shit. Can't even speak proper English and they hire for US process. The most unethical HR and unprofessional is The HR samridhi singh. Almost a uneducated HR and incompetent

Poor internal management. Unfriendly HRs, especially "A. Singhania".....complete politics in the office. Real issues will be suppressed by AM or Manager, the mistake is proven to be the organisation's end. Proceed at your own risk. If you work well here, they will make you work more, and it would be your responsibility to take a note of how much you have worked other than your login hours. Completely irresponsible management. My phone was stolen in this office during the third month...everyone including HR and manager suppressed my voice with all the lies and no action has been taken further. People from operations especially trainers are not cooperating with QA and supporting all the users regardless of the incorrectly worked accounts. Also the company has terminated me in BGV and it was not my decision to quit the company. Also the company has terminated a lot of people like me even after insisting them not to do so.

Just the recruitment Team is good helping the candidate to get hired.

After clearing 3 rounds of interview I was told I was not selected but without any reason. Ops manager just wrote rejected on a paper and the recruitment team is like did you discuss package or you might have over experience for this position. There is no clear communication on what's the main reason for not hiring. Even after clearing every round of interview.

The HR of the company is too rude. They just terminated the person looking on the chats of 11months before which was not clear at all. One of the employee went to HR and said it's a password shared to other without any proof the agent was terminate. No value to the people who work effectively.
