- Work-life balance is really good - People are very nice to you especially if you are new to the team. - Scope to learn and the management supports you to learn things that are related/ not related project - Salaries are on time, no matter what

Dislikes

- The hard work you do are not recognized, people who are good with managers are happy. - Hikes and promotions are given very late. - Some people do a lot of politics. - Sometimes there are unknown deductions in your salary and till u enquire about it you wont get your money back.

The asst manager behavior was not good. During covid I went to take vaccine and worked on my week off which was approved by TL. He shouted on the whole floor and said office work is first take vaccine after 1 year. That manager Ragvendra behavior was worst.

Poor internal management. Unfriendly HRs, especially "A. Singhania".....complete politics in the office. Real issues will be suppressed by AM or Manager, the mistake is proven to be the organisation's end. Proceed at your own risk. If you work well here, they will make you work more, and it would be your responsibility to take a note of how much you have worked other than your login hours. Completely irresponsible management. My phone was stolen in this office during the third month...everyone including HR and manager suppressed my voice with all the lies and no action has been taken further. People from operations especially trainers are not cooperating with QA and supporting all the users regardless of the incorrectly worked accounts. Also the company has terminated me in BGV and it was not my decision to quit the company. Also the company has terminated a lot of people like me even after insisting them not to do so.

Just the recruitment Team is good helping the candidate to get hired.

After clearing 3 rounds of interview I was told I was not selected but without any reason. Ops manager just wrote rejected on a paper and the recruitment team is like did you discuss package or you might have over experience for this position. There is no clear communication on what's the main reason for not hiring. Even after clearing every round of interview.

The HR of the company is too rude. They just terminated the person looking on the chats of 11months before which was not clear at all. One of the employee went to HR and said it's a password shared to other without any proof the agent was terminate. No value to the people who work effectively.
