i was underpaid, despite my knowledge, experience. neither did they offer me a job position that suited my profile. I felt that i was on target because i was asking too many questions about the product during training. And trust me i was asking genuine questions. I got maximum calls for product limitation issues, where there is no resolution and hence my NPS score was hit so that i dont get allowance. The TL is not from technical background and does not understand a tech's issue/ the process of trouble shooting a issue. When complained to Ops Managers they had no answer. What they were saying is a tech should carry the burden of dsat customers due to product limitation. Very bad experience including with HR....Read More
