Work env, the culture and the pieces of training that were conducted for the employees.

Dislikes

the appraisal which could have been better. innovation was not there. Inter-team transfers which are difficult.

work was really vast in terms of SOP's, process and know-how. We have to follow the protocols to solve the issues and in addition to that create SOPs for new issues that team comes across to.
