Company is only surviving because of huge bribes given to GOI via electoral bonds and near monopoly made by GOI for them. Do not Join OSS/BSS/ISO group, it is managed by two mad men who are close confidants of M. Both are most uncouth megalomaniacs who have zero knowledge of IT. They keep on abusing people and use MC/BC whole day. Openly supported by Big M. If you have a choice in-between committing suicide and joining JIO then only join JIO. There is Zero HR presence. Housekeeping is better than HR in JIO. Appraisals are Max 9 to 12% each year, but HR will merrily hire people who have left 1 year ago with 100 to 150% raise. HR still uses the bell curve policy which has become obsolete across world. So you might be top rate by your boss but when the ratings come you may get a low rating due to bell curve. Even the HR head of Reliance is a product of Nepotism. All across JIO relatives and Children of former retired employees are making to the TOP rest all have to fend for themselves. Promotion are done if you are in Good Books of your manager. Have seen people who have not been promoted for a decade and the HR keeps its mouth shut. Join at your own risk. Some locations have work from home, some employees who have good connections are working from home. Mumbai location has 5 days 9 hours.
