Till now I have not faced any such office politics and the Managers are quite polite and understanding Good learning platform Direct interaction with Clients/ business

- Hikes are not as per the market standards - BPO culture. Worst leave policies, you cannot follow Indian as well as UK holidays. - Work was exciting at first but then it was the same monotonous work - Work from home but cannot work from hometown. Even in this pandemic, they have such bad working policies - No Diwali gifts. Very less annual bonus

Salaries very low as per standard market conditions. Appraisal still follow bell curve . Headache for managers to manage teams considering high attrition rate. No visible options if one of the project ends. Promotions as impossible and the process is tidious No growth for IT people.
