My manager was good but again management is worst

Company environment is toxic before joining they will promise u appraisal incentive but once u are in they will not give u any thing just your basic salary

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
