Team mates are co operative as they are new joiners, company provide s good quality of training workshops for personal development. The process Iwork in Capita is called as Planning (workforce Mgt) however there nothing seem to be atleast average planned by the team leaders. Do not listen to the actual problem that are stoping executive perform well instead they force their weird thoughts to implement. At least they should use polite language. Hi everyone, I have 3.6 years of IT experience and currently work at a service-based company in Pune. My current CTC is 14 LPA (13.5 LPA fixed).
