No monthly insensitive. Yearly bonus that too depends on performance. No fun activities even in big festivals like Diwali Christmas new year. No Diwali gifts. Don't join

Team mates are co operative as they are new joiners, company provide s good quality of training workshops for personal development. The process Iwork in Capita is called as Planning (workforce Mgt) however there nothing seem to be atleast average planned by the team leaders. Do not listen to the actual problem that are stoping executive perform well instead they force their weird thoughts to implement. At least they should use polite language. Even though good package are being offered attrition rate is high due to the process associated with. Work life balance is another matter of concern. Transportation ie. Team managing transport is pathetic.
