There is 100% Job security, If in case any process would be ram down, They shift there employees in another process. Teleperformance is a very big company, So they have lots of opportunities and vacancies are always available. If you have good skills then you have lots of opportunities to grow up. Company culture is very good, Therework life balance and work culture is good. All upper staff is supportive and cooperative, They are strick about their policy and procedures. They are specially really strick about their compliance policies. Company culture is modern and friendly. Awesome work place to start new carrier in BPO, There are many opportunities to learn and grow If you have a zeal then this is a right place for you. Dislikes

Teleperformance is a very big and good company but there salary packages are little small as per corporate culture. If I will talk about increment part, They are lacking on the same. They should improve there salary and increment plan.

Nothing to like anything ... Fake promises are very good in this company. All give fake promises

All the managers and the team leaders are worst. No one wants to help the employee. All the high designations are doing show off with thier work culture. The work culture and the work balance is really very bad. All uses slangs to scold someone or the other. If the employee wants to take a leave the managers and the TL do not approve the leave, rather they remove all the access from the floor and sent a mail to your maild id of Full and Final settlement. The worst company ever I have ever seen. And also, they "DO NOT GIVE THE EXACT SALARY THAT IS MENTIONED IN THE OFFER LETTER." Nothing much . they will make you work like machine every single day. sometimes we have worked from 10 pm to 7pm without even a single break.so pathetic work culture.

sales pressure targets you are forced to dial 400-500 numbers in a single day or you have to do sales plus they have had stopped me till 8pm for doing calls and make sales daily very unprofessional behaviour

If you want to do just time pass then join and if you are like arts student and you think you will not get more than 23k from anyone then you can join Teleperformance because the pay scale is good ( 20k to 24k in hand you will get in international process only) and hike in salary is negligible so before joining please keep it in your mind whatever Inhand is mentioned in your offer letter same you will get for next 2 to 3 years if you will not get promoted……. The working hours. It's mainly in the night for us and sometime the timing is even worse. You didn't even understand whether you are working in night or sleeping in day.
