  • Ans. I worked with Concentrix for over 2 years and the process I worked for was Macy's where I used to handle international customer queries through email and chat. It was a non- voice process and whatever queries related to our products that are listed on the website or their order status or any escalation for that matter, we used to handle them and try to finish in the first interaction itself.

Had to give a versant test. Where you had to remember the sentence and tell as much as you remember and text to read type of questions was there too.

  • Q1. This round was with client. All questions were similar but he asked questions in different languages. Ask me about my native language and where do i locate and what are the memorys connected from my place
Round 6 - Aptitude Test 

Aptitude test with logical, technical and other type of questions

Round 7 - Assignment 

Behavior test which i had to give from website by choosing appropriate answer from the given list. There was no negative marking.
