Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Only apply there if you know HRs personally otherwise they'll waste your days even weeks or months and they use to give a special token to the person who are coming through HRs and in second round the HRs will reject people without token giving silly reasons such as you won't be able come to the office place and u should try next time and going to offer 1 month of unpaid training period. And going to reject people without token giving reason that your parents earn very less amount of money then will not allow you to live in PG or flat and also going to give you silly advises such as you should apply for something related to your course and all. Even they waste a lot of time they wasted my first day , firstly you have to fill a form then after u have to the reception for token only if you know HRs then first HRs will take your interview for first round then she sent me inside the office for second round after 25 min they told me to come next day for the second round then on the other day the second HRs asked me to wait then he told me that some other HR is going to take my interview I have to wait for her and waited there since 10:00am to 1:30pm then the 3rd HR told me that my interest is scheduled at 2:15 pm but when I reached there at the time she told me to wait then at 2:45 pm she told me that some other HR is going to take my interview i.e. 4th HR of the day then he took my interview I have given all the answers of his questions and so the other candidates but he rejected all of us because he was securing the place for the person with the token then they sent me to the 2nd HR and he told me let's see what what will happen. Then the 3rd HR send me to the 5th HR of day at 4:39pm for the interview he asked me questions related my parents job and salary and about the locality and took my cv and mail to the 3rd HR next to him that he is rejecting me and he was literally laughing in front of me and the 3rd HR was smirking at him ,she told me that she is feeling sorry for me and I should try of next month. And need to do something about my situation. And I literally don't know why are they even faking the interview round if they already know who they will and want to select. As I have answered all of their questions while the people with tokens were getting jobs by giving simple introduction and they reached there at 2:00 pm and done with their interview and job process till 2:45 pm while people like me were waiting and wasting their days and months in this company giving back to back interviews .
