Be confident. Confidence is the key.
Try maintain an eye contact with the interviewer. Greet the interviewer with a smile. They asked me about my past job experiences and why did I quit. What was my profile and analysed me whether I really have any idea about the job profiles. Being from a different academic background why I chose to work in a voice process. I have good communication skills and my confidence did it all. They said you're the perfect candidate for this role. We liked your confide.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interview was good but I was asked to leave because of my documents. I join the induction and the next day it was informed to me. They say my qualification certificate are not getting verified. If this is the case, how did I worked with the same doc in bro org for 8 years. The org is good to work but they can remove you at any time. So just stay focused towards your OJT and other training modules. But before that keep all your doc safe and they don't hire Nios qualification marksheets.
