The company is over all very good as we can say it's step into a small finance bank so the career growth is good and the HR policy of appraisal is too good and as working in a team we are learning so many new things about the business of retail assets and if I talk about the work life balance, I can say it's good because our superiors are very supportive accordingly about the business work.
