Role & responsibilities

Monitoring and enforcing credit discipline norms for borrower, center, and area and ensuring that proper field operations are followed

Preferred candidate profile

Should have BL, LAP, Mortgages, Home Loans underwriting & team handling experience.

Credit appraisal and preparation of credit notes.

Managing portfolio & delinquencies.

Regular analysis & preparation of report.

Identify fraudulent practices and mitigate risk through changes in policy and process.

Formulate and manage the technical evaluation process and policies.

Formulate and manage the legal evaluation process.
