Urgent Requirement in Secretarial Department- Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

• Arrange Board and Committee meetings
• Prepare Index of Board agenda notes in line with the Calendar of reviews, follow up for

Board notes from Departments.

• Manage queries relating to Companies Act, Listing agreement in the Board meeting.
• Note the proceedings of the meeting and prepare minutes as per the secretarial standards.
• Act as a single point of contact for all queries relating to Knowledge of Companies Act,

2013, SEBI LODR and other securities laws.

• Filing of necessary documents with MCA, stock exchange and other regulatory bodies.
• Responsible to manage the due diligence from Shareholders and or other entities.
• Create, prepare and maintain all statutory registers as per the statutory requirement.
• Create the Director training material and carry out training on the company once a year.
• Ensure compliance with Listing agreement, PIT regulations, ESOP, RBI, Companies Act.
• Coordination with RTA, NSDL, CDSL etc.
• Coordination in preparation of Annual report.
• Conduct the Committee meetings of the Board as per the frequency

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate having minimum 2 years of experience post membership.

Candidate having experience in BFSI will be preferred.

Candidates who are available to join immediately will be preferred.
