Executive / Senior Sales Executive – Polymer Pipes Division

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive for our Polymer Pipes Division in Bihar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our polymer pipes and related products, expanding market share, and ensuring strong customer relationships in the assigned territory. This is a key role that requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the polymer pipe industry.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
• Promote and sell polymer pipes and related products to customers in the assigned region (Bihar).
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the division.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the territory.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product specifications, benefits, and application.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and follow-ups.

• Sales Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
• Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to management, highlighting key achievements and challenges.

• Product Knowledge:
• Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and product developments.
• Provide feedback to the product development team on customer requirements and market demands.

• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and exhibitions to increase brand visibility.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the polymer pipes, plumbing, or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of polymer pipes and their applications in the construction, irrigation, and industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary- Based on last drawn salary.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of the Bihar market and regional customer base.
• Experience in managing key accounts and large projects.
• Technical background in polymer products or plumbing solutions.
