Roles and Responsibilities

• Detailed review of various risks in the Bank, Detailed note for RMC for analysis of various risk.
• Providing all required information for RBI and other compliances i.e. DO letter and adhoc requirement.
• Experience in ICAAP, ECL, Validation of scorecard prepared for various purpose within risk management Early warning signal and full closure of the same
• Prepare and implement RAROC model for pricing of risk
• Provide regular inputs for risk analytics and detailed data points impacting portfolio quality
• Involve in operational issues which require specific attention
• Regulatory and management reporting notes and presentation of the same
• Coordinate with IT team for various project i.e. NPA, Perfios, Scorecard etc.
• Handling of Stress Testing
• Provide inputs on Capital Planning
• Handling of Reputation Risk of the Bank
• Preparation of Bank wide Risk Dashboard to reflect Risk trend of the Bank

Relevant Experience:

• Overall 5+ plus years of experience in Banking (preferably Risk).

Technical Competencies:

• Good understanding of various ERM/ Credit risk related jargons like balance sheet, income statements, asset inventory statements
• Good understanding of various regulatory reports of credit risks
• Good command of Excel, SQL, etc.
• Analytical skills as well as a thorough understanding of banking laws, regulation, and policies and the ability to apply and explain complex regulatory, financial, and analytical concepts
