You should be earning as below.
0 to 1 YOE - 3.5-7 LPA
2 YOE- 6-12 LPA
3 YOE- 9-18 LPA
4 YOE - 12-24 LPA
5 YOE- 15-30 LPA
Your salary should be yoe*3 at the minimum. If not, then their is so much potential to be utilized for you to up your game.
Their is no point in being loyal slaves. Be a Ramta jogi and earn good money.

Come on. Not true. I work in accenture. We don't shortlist profile that has more than 2x unless it is very special. I could see you work at tcs. We all know how many salary X you would get there.
