Roles and Responsibilities

• Acquiring new customers by offering them a plethora of Banking products & services, enhancing market share & submitting required reports.
  
• Manage sales performance by achieving targets, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing relationships with customers.
  
• Conduct field work to promote bank's products such as Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, Fixed Deposits, and other liability products.
  
• Cross-sell relevant financial services to increase revenue growth through effective communication skills.
  
• Build strong rapport with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for retail banking services.
  
• Collaborate with branch teams to achieve overall sales goals and objectives.
