Role & responsibilities:

• To acquire new quality customers and cross sell various products as desired by the Bank from time to time(Current Account, Saving account, insurances, fixed deposits etc. )
• To ensure accurate, timely and error free processing of customer service requests
• To overcome problems using guidelines and escalate with expediency, when necessary.
• Meet the budgeted financial targets - every quarter.
• To ensure the best visual impact of the branches on customers

The Job Requirements are as follows:

• Should have Banking Experience.
• Should have strong communication skills
• Should have Banking Sales Experience.
• Should be okay with moving to the field and selling bank's Products.
