Job Summary:

• Product Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to mortgage professionals, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively utilize our mortgage products

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and update training programs for mortgage products, ensuring they align with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and incorporate the latest information on mortgage products and industry trends into training materials.
• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for mortgage professionals through various formats, including in-person workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.
• Utilize a variety of training methodologies to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.
