Role & responsibilities

To Develop training module/amend as per the need

Training batches with 95+% throughput

Mentoring employees in TQ

Doing refresher training

Working with BQ employees and upscale their performance

Maintaining a keen understanding of industry trends affecting the market and making appropriate recommendations regarding changes which can/should be made.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum of 6-8 years of sales training and/or operations functions.

Good knowledge of the travel industry.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Ability to think out-of-the-box with proven business cases.

Strategic mindset.
