I have worst experience with Tp , there is no job security. The management is worst , they dont know how to run a process smoothly and later on management ended up blaming lower level workers agents .

The only thing which was positive in this company was my Team Leader. He was really helpful and rather than that I will call this place rotten to core.

Everything. This company will destroy your work life balance, they do not have any sick leave if an employee is feeling unwell they will force you to work for them. You literally have to beg for your half day or leave. And if you are not close to the AM (Assistant manager) or to OM ( Operation manager ) you are not getting anything.The process I was working for was amazon domestic special LOB queue. The most shouting manager was Sneha Pandey, she is like a 🦎 cold blooded women and her right hand Tania Gorai who is a red witch. They will make sure that you are not happy. Even if they get to know that you are happy in your job life they will definately take initiative to destroy that attitude of yours. After these two frogs, there are 🍑lickers all around them who will satisfy them in any manner. Another TL is Ravi Shankar Singh, this dude is the defination of egoistic bulldog. He behaves with his employees like servant. If you take morning shift he will not let you even eat your breakfast and try his absolute best to kill you in hunger. On the other hand he loves to make foods for our beloved lady lizard (Sneha Pandey). If tou don't want to destroy your career/health/ mental health/ethics don't come around. And trust me they don't even know how to work in company. I want amazon.in to take a look into this office which is located in kolkata sector 5 godrej waterside. Dont apply for job at Teleperformance because any day process may get ramp down and mgmt will false promises you by saying will shift you another process but that not case... They dont have proper trainner to train the new joinee, ops Manager are not supportive, HR only concern of smoking, you will get HR at smoking zone... They only support for smoking. There is nothing good to say about this company. Bad managers, bad team leaders, stupid rules. No matter what problem you have, any urgency, any trouble you face, these people will not let you take leave. If your house catches fire and you have to go home then the team leaders and managers of the company will ask you to go after a half day. Because whatever was supposed to happen has already happened, what is the point of going on now? So these types of team leaders and managers you will get there. You will have to take permission before going to the washroom, before going for the lunch break just like a school. You will feel that your school days are back. At the end of the day they scold you for not completing your targets and there is no etiquettes, manners nothing. Team leaders will talk to you as if you have asked for a share in their property. The managers will treat you like a servant. Everything depends on the politics of the company. You have to be involved in each and every gossip that is going on in the office (wheather it is good or bad); only then you will get promoted; otherwise, you are just a servant for them and nothing else....Read More

Worst worst worst Company. No work life balance, no job security. U have to be manager's favorite for promotions.Unprofessional managers who will humiliate one or the other Employee.There is nothing to like about TP.

For WFH they don't have proper login tracker. For 8 hrs u have to login 10 hrs.Even For 7.50 login time they mark as half day and deduct amount from your salary. Plus the TL is another headache, u need to keep sayin him to correct the attendance.

they promote unskilled people, person with no leadership skill, problem solving skills, and knowledge of how to handle employees can become TL , assistant manager or even manager.

1 bad HR services never meet my HR 2 no job security they fire employees with out any reason. they made foolish reasons of there own. 3 they hire employees in august for diwali festival season after season end job end.
