Roles and Responsibilities
We will need colleagues with experience in UK Commercial/Business banking, AML/KYC/Loans & Mortgages / Completions

• Manage international processes for team leading, rostering, attrition control, shrinkage control, KPI monitoring, grievance handling, performance review, and metrics management.
• Banking Experience Mandatory.
• Need Back office operation
• Ensure compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreement) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Oversee escalation management and customer satisfaction ratings (CSAT).
• Develop strategies to reduce AHT (Average Handle Time) and improve overall team efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Open to work in rotational shift
• 5 days working/2 rotational off
