I dont like it as i really want to join teleperformance. But they are not making me in.

I was the employee of teleperformance from 2022 to 2024. And then i had left the teleperformance. But now i am wanting to rejoin the teleperformance the management is saying that you were having the pointers. But as per policy the employ should not leave the teleperformance on active pointers. But i was not having the active pointers and they are not making me in.

Hello everyone, this is to bring to your attention that I have worked there for almost a year and a half and so far, what I have observed so far was the work culture, the fantastic management who is willing to take care of you in each and every situation. Additionally, I am very grateful to be a part of this organization. If you are willing to move forward, then there is no stopping here.

nothing, work is easy but it is made difficult by doing nitpicking in your work if you take stand for yourself on logical points and as per policy. but yes salary comes on time on the last day of the month but if you get late then it is upto your manager if thinks then he may mark it as half day. it doesn’t happen generally anywhere. and they split your weekoffs and they sometimes give you difficult cases of others to you in which you may have escalations....Read More

There is nothing good to say about this company. Bad managers, bad team leaders, stupid rules. No matter what problem you have, any urgency, any trouble you face, these people will not let you take leave. If your house catches fire and you have to go home then the team leaders and managers of the company will ask you to go after a half day. Because whatever was supposed to happen has already happened, what is the point of going on now? So these types of team leaders and managers you will get there. You will have to take permission before going to the washroom, before going for the lunch break just like a school. You will feel that your school days are back. At the end of the day they scold you for not completing your targets and there is no etiquettes, manners nothing. Team leaders will talk to you as if you have asked for a share in their property. The managers will treat you like a servant. Everything depends on the politics of the company. You have to be involved in each and every gossip that is going on in the office (wheather it is good or bad); only then you will get promoted; otherwise, you are just a servant for them and nothing else....Read More

You will also get a chance to see the romance of different couples every day in office lifts. I am not afraid if my name appears in these reviews. Because where I am working now, this job location, this salary, this working environment is beyond the scope of teleperformance.

If you want to do just time pass then join and if you are like arts student and you think you will not get more than 23k from anyone then you can join Teleperformance because the pay scale is good ( 20k to 24k in hand you will get in international process only) and hike in salary is negligible so before joining please keep it in your mind whatever Inhand is mentioned in your offer letter same you will get for next 2 to 3 years if you will not get promoted……. Salary gets on time. Fixed rules of working hours.

Dislikes

No work life balance not sure when we will get week off get's to know on every Saturday at 12-1 pm. Cannot plan any travel as gets to know late about week off. Although there are 2 week off but you don't get them together.
