Salary gets on time. Fixed rules of working hours.

No work life balance not sure when we will get week off get's to know on every Saturday at 12-1 pm. Cannot plan any travel as gets to know late about week off. Although there are 2 week off but you don't get them together.

It offers a good salary in Jaipur. Nice place for freshers to start their career but don't stuck on one position.

Work becomes monotonous after a time. Toxic work culture but entertaining at same time. It depends on you how you want company to treat you.

Nothing is likable. As nobody is helping and even I was forced to leave at the training. So many times I call for help but he was so busy in his work. And my system was never working,my company mail is not working, my password was always incorrect. But nobody's there to help.

...eport but there was no response from him. And shift timings are always changing. Poor salary. After completing 9:30 hrs log in the system was always slow to show the complete timings. And even after completing all the hour(9:30) it shows not completed full hour. May be it's a hack but surely, taking the risk I am sharing this.

As a fresher salary kam h 8 hr on call after one month you feel stress when your conversation was good with customer but gives feedback nagative

They don't pay much attention to employees, I had salary issues with the company. I only got paid for 9 days for Feb month, I should get my complete salary. My manager is not answering my calls now. I am yet to get my full and final amount and the remaining salary for Feb.
