The thing is That ...I am Working in the Same what I Observed nobody is There To Challenge you First of all ...You will get Equal and also I Would Say Multiply opportunity to Improve yourself but What we Need To Do We Just Need to focus on skill and Traning Coz As I Observed there was lack of Traning progress...TP need to Ensure that the Traning that They are Providing to the New Hired Employees should be Perfect and also Should be Providing by the Working Experience person like That Person Should Be More That 3 to 4 Years with the Company..... The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
