Good work environment and culture. There is a hige cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The thing is That ...I am Working in the Same what I Observed nobody is There To Challenge you First of all ...You will get Equal and also I Would Say Multiply opportunity to Improve yourself but What we Need To Do We Just Need to focus on skill and Traning Coz As I Observed there was lack of Traning progress...TP need to Ensure that the Traning that They are Providing to the New Hired Employees should be Perfect and also Should be Providing by the Working Experience person like That Person Should Be More That 3 to 4 Years with the Company.....
