People are told to leave or fired, and new staff is new life is aligned with less package.. Terrible, pathetic, most annoying place to work.. It's a nightmare to work here..

There is no use to write to more, as using of offensive words or not, they are just going to show off as if they care, but just do not.. So really worst company to work with. 👎🏻

Had an amazing experience working in Teleperpormance. Work environment and cafeteria is hugh. They have table tennis.
Dislikes
Management and salary structure was lacking. New joinees gets more basic salary and incentives than old timers. However, when it comes to work, the team mostly dependent on old timers.

I was worked with this company for 2 months, that time there was a starting of corona and I felt little symptoms of cold and coughing and fever I told my hr to grant me a leave to check up but he refused so I worked with my bad conditions sneezing continuously and coughing..no none cares that this might be corona symptoms so ...after that day I took a leave on my own and go for the check up and doctor suggested me to rest for 2 days in home because you have symptoms...after 2 days rest when I came back to the office they fired me. Workload is too high...TL always shouting on every little things and sometimes they abused to the employee who are working under them.
Some TL are good but TL under which I was working a little lady always shouting. She creates lots of disturbance in work how can someone focus if she continues shouting on her team.
