You can anytime expect, any sudden changes in your job role and any day you can be aligned with a total different team without any reason. Not willing to pay to employees is a successive policy her. No fun activities, no meetings only and only TARGETS !!

Hired low skill people with zero dedication and then expects the expert team to sort an
Hectic schedule, unnecessary deductions in salary, False promises by HR, weekly shift changes.

So after working with TP Mohali for last 16 months here is my experience. Management is *#ed up they have no clue what they are doing . ie. Promoting people for licking @$$ i mean from a guy setting records things that happened before but why would they promote him . So they promoted some guy who just completed his 10 months . Toxicity level infinity . You can't ask management because apparently they don't like being questioned and if they don't like you well the very next day client escalation will be there and you will be asked to leave .
