Work Environment is very good with friendly colleagues and supporting Seniors.
For freshers, it is a very option to get an experience in international process.
There is also a less work pressure.

Likes is that salary is always on time(except last time, they delayed) Majorel try not to remove their employees rather they shift them from one process to another as per their wish.
Dislikes
No appraisal
No promotion
Poor management
Toxic environment
Majorel don't listen to their employees
Decrease head count and don't give proper explanation.
Lobbying is too much.

Short and crisp, if you are an agent, you will be that forever. They will not let anyone grow. They will eat your performance bonus and will tell they have sent an email and will get performance incentive next month and will never get it. No one will listen to your problems.
