Better sallery package, both side cab up to 40 km or more. Hiring HR are helpful.

I got JL from another company right in Bengaluru, the joining is on 26 Feb 2025 and I will be joining as a fresher, the pay in little high but the main advantage is the project allotment because at techM I got technical support which is a techno-functional job not a development job plus a bond of 2 years on 1 lakh inr. I didn't just study btech cs to not get a dev job, so I am planing on leaving the company. Should I? Or not?

No body is there to take the accountability, no bio breaks allow, can't take a break more then 30 minutes. No buffer time to login, checking emails and updates but strictly forcing you to be updated. You can't track your ops and working hours. Only TL can see that on the next day. Worst transport ever always ready to help you with no solution.

Seriously I don't like working here at all. The management is worse here. If u have a pretty face then u have a chance here. Transport is worse. Wfh is available but still can't opt for it

(Asos)Management is cancer here, mostly perverts, no job security, employee centricity is zero. A tl having 10 complaints with 4 posh is still a Tl here. Growth is only if u r a pretty girl. U get promoted no doubt but get demoted according to their convinience. Transport is pathetic here. No matter ur band or performance u ll be judged on every other thing apart from performance.
