No body is there to take the accountability, no bio breaks allow, can't take a break more then 30 minutes. No buffer time to login, checking emails and updates but strictly forcing you to be updated. You can't track your ops and working hours. Only TL can see that on the next day. Worst transport ever always ready to help you with no solution.

Seriously I don't like working here at all. The management is worse here. If u have a pretty face then u have a chance here. Transport is worse. Wfh is available but still can't opt for it

(Asos)Management is cancer here, mostly perverts, no job security, employee centricity is zero. A tl having 10 complaints with 4 posh is still a Tl here. Growth is only if u r a pretty girl. U get promoted no doubt but get demoted according to their convinience. Transport is pathetic here. No matter ur band or performance u ll be judged on every other thing apart from performance. I do not recommend anyone to work here. Just one thing i like about the company is they gave complete salaries even in pandemic.

Do not go by the name. Its a brand and there is no benefit that company is providing you. They only cares about their parameters and nothing else. So boring and not employee centric. Work pressure is alot and still do mot get recognition ans they will still curse you on the basis of scores. Most important it is very difficult to met the scores and even they know that, still they will keep pushing you. You will have to work for 9 hours continuously with 2 half hours break.
