Mindgate and Tech Mahindra
I have received offers from Mindgate(14fixed + 1 veriable)
And TechM (12.6 fixed + 1.4 veriable). In mindgate veriable is yearly based on performance. In techM veriable is on monthly basis and it is not based of performance. Both are for similar role i.e. Java backend.

TechM’s guaranteed monthly variable could provide more consistent cash flow. What are your thoughts on performance-based pay?

Mindgate offers the potential for higher earnings with its annual performance based variable, but TechM might be more predictable in terms of monthly pay. If you're focused on job stability and global exposure, TechM seems like the better option.. what is your gut saying?

It feels like they’re keeping tabs on me just to criticize. What’s the best way to deal with someone like this? Should I confront them or just keep doing my thing?
