No body is there to take the accountability, no bio breaks allow, can't take a break more then 30 minutes. No buffer time to login, checking emails and updates but strictly forcing you to be updated. You can't track your ops and working hours. Only TL can see that on the next day. Worst transport ever always ready to help you with no solution.

Seriously I don't like working here at all. The management is worse here. If u have a pretty face then u have a chance here. Transport is worse. Wfh is available but still can't opt for it

(Asos)Management is cancer here, mostly perverts, no job security, employee centricity is zero. A tl having 10 complaints with 4 posh is still a Tl here. Growth is only if u r a pretty girl. U get promoted no doubt but get demoted according to their convinience. Transport is pathetic here. No matter ur band or performance u ll be judged on every other thing apart from performance. I have worked for 10 years in Techmbs it was a amazing journey for the 1st 6 years after that nothing was like before. From employee centric non employee centric and there is 0% Job guarantee the company dose not know which employee are breaking company rules and which are not it's really sad to know Tecmbbs is now this way.

The management The politics Getting advisors to do OT and not paying them. No increment for 3 years Hr is of no uses there I have been telling so many problems to them but no issue is resolved They make you work 9.5 hours The Transport system is very poor.
