Totally depends on Project Since I joined I am in same Project so not aware of other projects work culture

I am working most pathetic project no motivation at all, appraisal and working satisfaction is zero, Worst culture, exceesive work load, HR and Manger are not supporting at all, feels Like I am working in local company they doese not value thier employee but ready blame

The company has multiple opportunities provided for a entry level associate

The company has a very loose control over the employee at bench and also anyone can opt to go on bench asking his or her aspirations

No Work life balance Horrible work culture Does not care about employees concern Mental health will be unstable Ofcourse these all depends upon project to project. I won't recommend anyone to join tcs if you are knowledgeable person, respect your values and don't want your precious time be wasted just to do things which are not helpful for your growth in any aspect.

I dont like about the management that follow the favourism and there is no opportunity granted to the employee woh deserve.

Only benefit in this company is insurance and and job security

Dislikes

No work life balance. Even if we work it 5 AM you will not get any extra allowance here. Also even if you are working as a lead you will not be officially lead till 2-3 years. Worst appraisal ever.

Bad work life culture there is no work life balance there. They want you to work on weekends as well without ot. Shift timings are not fix management are very bad and have toxic environment and not even provide client holiday...

Working culture totally depends upon project to project but salary compensation and appraisal is very low. Learning curve depends upon employee since TCS gives lots of opportunities to learn. Job security is good you just have to be compliant to all policies. Make wise choice, if you just starting your career don't consider TCS, if you are experienced then you can definitely consider.

The main advantage is the continuous development process and learning which is provided and this helps in building a solid foundation for Software Engineer

The growth is slow and depends on which Project you get. If your lucky and get a Project of your own stack/technology then you will be on fire else you can face some fire😜
