Best company to be at when you get 40+. I regret to join in my late 20s. Too much of learning scope. Easy to get abroad projects. Supportive team and very importantly, Best HRs. They call you by their own just by one Ping. No leaves issues. You can pickup the skills you want to learn and grow.

1)Poorest salary structure in the TCS 2. Outdated appraisal process; Strong favoritism, and local community culture. One can not survive with only talent. 3) They cut huge amount of qurtarly Pay in salary.

Salary is very low if you have never switched the company. No value for loyal employees. 5 days wfo has been started whereas other companies are atleast in hybrid model. Culture and policies of the company is not that good.

If you have good package and you looking relax and very little work to do then join TCS. You will get lots of learning opportunities only if your reporting manager approved. Company culture is good, but it will not useful for (L1, L2) Employees. If you want pramotion or good appraisals then you should obey each and every things of your manager's orders. Or be in his / her good list.

It depends on your skills and project, If you are good skilled you will find what you want here. Skilled people have lots of onsite chance. Work life balance is OK.

Job security - Excellent

Salary is low, If you are not in onsite. Management is very bad, managers are not technical, they don't understand the challenges. In few projects, work life balance is very bad. No career development. Very less hike and appraisal.
