Company policies and values corrupted and management has become worst.
No job security, sudden layoffs when the project ends or roles redundancy happens due to client having billing issues. Dislikes: Everything- HR management is really worse and don't consider employee concerns, rather they consider the finance team or allocation management, and HR is like puppets to the Management and Finance team.
