Although I've only just begun my time with Company and have been working remotely, I'm excited to learn more about the company culture and benefits as I continue in my role.

Dislikes

While I enjoyed my experience in company, I felt that opportunities were often reserved for existing staff, rather than being awarded based on merit. I hope to see a more inclusive approach to career development in the future.

There is nothing to like about the company.

Dislikes

There are infinite reasons: no job security, no professionalism, no humanity, senior management and HR are not co-operative, everyone is treated like a slave. Would never recommend anyone to join this company.

No respect No inclusion or diversity as advertised. They ask you to put 10/10 while taking great place to work survey. Not great place to work. Toxic management Worst process for promotion. Even with 1 yr will get promoted but not tenured for more than 9 yrs Even an unknown HR will threaten you as if u made a big mistake in process and terminating us immediately.

As of now it is good company for freshers and lateral entry candidates and comparing to other BPO sector Sutherland is far better but directly is not good company

Dislikes

After 9 hours they ask to work and no compensation for over time works. After working hours they will consume your time in the name of huddle (meeting)

Manager giving to much of pressure and there are targeting the person to make them relieving tha job not all managers some of theme like that . If the person is favour to them they always support them even though they made a mistake

Manager is completely biased, doesn't know how to manage team, dirty politics all around. We have a quality lead who actually doesn't know about technical query but he is quality head of a technical process

Cafeteria is good but the shopkeeper is very rude to all employees which is annoying , unclean restrooms , sometimes cab issues .

Sutherland focuses only on work culture, no extra curricular activities such as fun Friday! Fun Friday is totally eradicated in US voice processing.
