There is lot of politics based on the the state u come from. As the management will support the people from there own state with promotion on only seeing he is his own state and not based on skills. The top management is baised to the core.

I joined the netapp project in pilot batch, it has been a very bad experience right from the start. the project is run in an unprofessional manner. basically the project is held hostage by only bengali language speaking people(it includes the project head, OPS manager etc). i suggest anyone who is planning to join this company to stay away if you wish to save your sanity. Regional discrimination is rampant, racism, favourism is the only thing that works, if you are from south india then be prepared for everyday humiliation and insults. small mistakes are escalated and employess are reprmanded severly , also personally targetted. working in this project has had a very adverse effect on me mentally, both in terms of work pressure and manager's pressure. now that I/m no longer with SGS i think my stars that i left the company, i dont wish SGS even upon to my ENEMY....Read More

The whole management at the Bangalore site is too biased and not worth to be part of them. They prefer either Bengalis or North Indians. If you a South Indian the interviewer throws lot of attitude.. and tell that there is no life if u don’t get job thereI don’t even recommend my enemy or curse my enemy to join this company
