There was good atmosphere at work place.. team leader also supportive.

Management is very worst. There is no career opportunities. In simple words " waste of time" . If u wanna experience then u can join aegis otherwise not benefit for well experienced person. Even there manager did not provide salary slip. Worst management structure.

Worst and the most toxic oranganisation to ever work with. They force their employees to do overtime everyday. They will not give you off on friday forget about sunday and saturday. You can not take a day off on your festivals, the managers are even more toxic inhumane

Never ever opt to work at startek, they do not have proper work culture they will terminate you without proper reasons and they'll keep you occupied even after you 8 working hours and HR will only give you excuses for everything also there Salary is one of the lowest in the industry and there is no scope for promotions as well.

It's good to gain initial experience.

Dislikes

Management uses profanity on the floor to the employees be it supervisor or associate. They pressurized employee to do overtime without any extra payment. They don't show mercy to the associates if they are unwell. One can never get promotion or will be selected through IJP cause only politics and favorism works here.

The employees of the voice process were amazing even though the management was pathetic!

Dislikes

The non voice process was the worst place to work! Employees were all mostly uneducated and not qualified for the job and were mostly localities, getting along with them is a hideous task.

It's a good company, however in this company due to process ramdown, there's a lack of job security & due to the same reason massive layoffs are happening frequently where employees needs to suffer.
