It is secure place for women. I also like my work less pressure ,i don't like company policy ,There is no intraction after hiring , Its beings two year HR never call us to get the feedback once i got the call for same. but timely we recieve such like for feedback.

Teammates are superb. Job security is also high for womens. Salary or appraisal is zero even you are working on good note. learning also good ,enviorment also nice, Work-life balance is also good . Politics is on high peak.

My experience here was very bad.... the staff is not supportive at all. They just want the people to be slave and keep calling all the day... they do not even let the employees take their lunch if the sale is not done. Very much pressure. If you have any better opportunity then please ignore Aegis Startek.
