It's a wonderful job because this is my first job and they gave me a opportunity to work... And for all employees it's good to work hear.. am also happy to work and also my colleagues come from various different backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re - hire policy here

One thing I have to tell work pressure because some times I work 12 hours .. and also about salary because for IJP rolled out employees salary will can't be change

Generally speakingy work is challenging as I have to look after the entire product knowledge.i got appreciation from clients because in 4 months I launched 3 project but by management they r not recognised me

The involvement from higher ppl when we are in trouble and given more opportunities to prove ourselves. Systematic way of work. Over all good experience

Dislikes

Groupism, biased behaviour, not clue on job status, no project on building center and growing business. People loosing jobs with no new product in taking. HR with no local language.

Work Details

I worked as AM operations. It was 2 years 2 months tenure with aegis. Learnt lot of things in this role and client handing, owning projects, working on to improve business with limited resource utilization. Meeting all my KPI metric.
