It's a wonderful job because this is my first job and they gave me a opportunity to work... And for all employees it's good to work hear.. am also happy to work and also my colleagues come from various different backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re - hire policy here

One thing I have to tell work pressure because some times I work 12 hours .. and also about salary because for IJP rolled out employees salary will can't be change

Favouritism Manager treat to agent as slave or labour scolding on floor Never see your hardwork Only support their favourite either they or not HR is just like a monk I will prefer plz not come in this company

Without an ijp, your salary would not increase whether you worked for three, two, or one year. Ijp is also a gimmick, and favouritism is present.

In startek if you are living in lucknow so that startek is better job opportunity in BPO sector. Startek hiring process it very fast. Also he gives the training before you working any process. The training period is paid. After completed the training period then you will come to operation. All supervisors all very supportive and good nature.

In my opinion there is no hike and appraisal on tenurtity basic in same process. Only promotion level increase a salary.

...plines only taking the double meaning and commenting on others 3) The employee who are going for tea with team leader they only get promotion 4) worst company so many time i cried for rude behaviour 5) Hardworking employees they never respect
