There is nothing to like about serco. Complete infrastructure is corrupted by a** licking pests. Team leaders, managers, HR team don't give a damn about working environment. And if you are looking for appraisal or promotion then you have to be someone's pet.

Dislikes

Poor quality of work. It is more like a government office where you need to go round and round for getting a single task done. And once you left the company forget about your pending salary and pf funds.

The work environment is very good. Management and HR policies is good for the employee. Chances for Career growth for the employee applying in international vacancies.
