I like nothing about the company. Very toxic culture and the salary they give is peanuts.

Dislikes

Almost everything. No proper breaks, no buddy support during production. Compliance and RTA will be on the head to get back to support. Cab scheduling are way too worst.. They never come on time. I've seem Almost 100 people under me suffering like this.

It's a terrible company and very worthless. The management and leads are of worst ruthless, mainly the HR and their policies are very worst, it's a torture to employees working over there and you'll face these all within just a 6 months to 1 year and they'll wantedly make you resign yourself for their benifits

Here HR department is cool, you can work with fake experience, give them some money. I made several complaints but of no use.

Never seen HR department so lazy, they don't take any actions against illegal activities. Maybe they are incompetent for the job.

If you think this situation cannot get even worse, the company will take it as a challenge! Split weekoffs - 6th day incentives are chump change Need to change company name as PIP 247 they can remove you with in 2-4 weeks or less If needed when January starts Use and throw. No human values
